Cops erased security camera video of police killing

Laquan McDonald, 17, was shot by a Chicago cop 16 times, including 9 times in the back, in October 2014. He died at the scene. Afterward, police were given access to a nearby Burger King’s security camera system, and the next day investigators discovered 86 minutes of video during the period of the shooting had been erased. The cops deny erasing it, but does anyone believe a Chicago cop? In May 2015, the city agreed to pay McDonald’s family $5 million.
