WHILE US ARGUES ABOUT PAY AT MCDONALDS,
GERMANY WANTS FAIR PAY FOR SEX WORKERS
BERLIN (AP) – Germany’s biggest political parties have agreed to ban the so-called “flat-rate” sex offered by some brothels in the country. The aim for this is to allow for individuals within the industry to be treated with more respect and to give them more financial freedom and control over their lives.
A 2002 law legalized sex work in Germany. This type of work is technically illegal in a lot of other European countries, although it is still possible to find escorts in most of these countries. Take these warsaw escorts, for example, who are easy to contact. Now, the free market in Germany has imitated fast food, dropping prices. Special offers in some brothels offer unlimited sex for 100 euros ($136). These kinds of rates can draw in customers, but many an escort savona has to offer (or others from similar areas) often find that these rates can be detrimental to their wellbeing. A system that works for the customer and for those working in this industry is important to find, as balancing the two will be beneficial to both parties.
It is not clear whether the Germany sex industry is offering holiday specials, but the real concern is that many of the women working for these wages are in effect the sort of wage slaves the Pope has talked about, trapped into underpaid jobs that do not offer advancement.
