Double-talking GOP congressman breaks vow to resign if convicted

Rep. Michael Grimm (R-NY), who promised during his re-election campaign to step aside if convicted of tax evasion, and who entered a guilty plea today, said he intends to stay in Congress. Grimm faces 1U.S. Representative King and Grimm talk to media after discussing relief fund hold up for Hurricane Sandy victims in Washington8 to 30 months in prison when he’s sentenced in June.
