Witnesses reported between 30 and 50 shots being fired inside Canada’s in-session Parliament in a probable terrorist attack by an apparent jihadist in the Canadian capital of Ottawa this morning. A soldier guarding Ottawa’s war memorial outside was wounded and later died, but there are no other reports of injuries, except Canadian authorities say one shooter was killed. Shots also were fired at a nearby mall, and police are searching for a second shooter. This attack follows an incident earlier this week in which a jihadist ran over two soldiers with a vehicle.
