We bought the service. Liked it and decided to upgrade even though new only needed it for a couple of months, Then realized this was not working for us and tried multiple time to disconnect.
We were promised that they would end the service and rebate us. WE ARE STILL GETTING BILLS … and they have no way .. other than infinite hold on the phone to contact them STAY AWAY!
