(TANews) At his Saturday morning news conference President Romney called out to Vladimir Putin to withdraw from Ukraine. The President called on Mr., Putin to “Remember the Spirit of Sochi. Invading a neighbor who recently paraded in your own Olympic sports stadium is “un Olympics.”
Mr. Romney reminded the Russian President that they are both sportsman and said how much Ambassador Palin had enjoyed their joint hunting expeditions n Siberia. “Russia is such a wonderful country, full of bears and wolves to shoot, why would you need to send your troops into a poor country like Ukraine?”
The President called Ambassador Palin home to Washington for consultations. He has also ordered the Mediterranean fleet to send 3000 marines to Ukraine for training exercises.
Senate Majority Leader, John McCain has endorsed the President’s actions.
