BOTH SIDES OF THE TRAYVON MARTIN CASE DESERVE TO GO TO HELL
Following Trayvon Marin’s shooting by George Zimmerman, the liberal media … especially Al Sharpton and Larry O’Donnel at MSNBC, let forth with a mighty roar accusing George Zimmerman of being a racist and a murderer.
Viewers were treated to an endless, live on screen trial of Mr. Zimmerman … proof was presented that he had not had a fight with the young hooded man, after all … look at George walking out of the car at the police station, no blood on his head!
Sharpton led demonstrations calling for Zimmerman to be tried for murder. O’Donnel ridicules the poice claim to have evidence that Zimmerman acted in self defence. “Experts” were called to the court of public trial to testify that it was Martin, not Zimmerman calling for help on the cell phone tape.
Now e have medical reports and autopsy data proving that the fight did occur and, until the gun shot, it seems that Zimmerman was losing., Martin’s nuckels were bruised but Zimmerman had black eyes, lacerations on his scalp, and a broken nose.
So who was at fault? The original lead detective in the case believed Zimmerman caused the fight by getting out of his vehicle to confront Martin, who wasn’t doing anything criminal. Zimmerman, thew cops says, could have defused the situation by talking calmly with the hooded teenager.
Put another way, the police officer is claiming that Zimmerman acted like what he was … untrained vigilante armed with a gun. Under Florida law, people are encouraged to use deadly force rather than retreat in a fight if they believe they are in danger of being killed or seriously injured, they weren’t committing a crime themselves and are in a place they have the legal right to be.
