No news may be good news. For the past two years I have read the KCNA news feed. KCNA is the 
North Korean News Agency and the typical articel reads that Kim Il Jung has been asked by the Vatican ot asvise the Pope on birth contgrol or how Kim has provided shoes to all the needy children in Korea.
The odd thing today was that there is almost none of this. Rather there is the usual praise for what is left of the North Korean International Community of Mao Stalinist era allies and purple tuinged hand ringing over US. Japan and South Korea’ evil deeds.
Small thing? But the change is striking.
