Many of the concerns driving this petition are similar to those I have raised here about Western Governors University. While WGU has the claim of being non profit, it seems to me that the effect on a student is not necessarily proportional to an institution’s tax status. I would like to add to my questions listed elsewhere, “Do WGU students get a better education at a lower price than Kaplan Students?”
