Newly-elected congressman Glenn Grothman (R-WI), already famous for his jackassery as a state legislator, told constituents at a town hall last week to keep an eye on 
what their neighbors are purchasing with food stamps when they’re in the grocery store. To stop fraud, you know. I’m pretty sure this congressman would vote against keeping an eye on bankers who steal in billion-dollar chunks, though.
