Researchers from the University of Alaska–Anchorage are installing pregnancy test dispensers in the women’s restrooms in bars and restaurants in remote communities in Alaska. The goal is to avert fetal alcohol syndrome. Of course, the obvious next on will be to require women to show the test results to the bar keep.
