Does South Carolina Still Fly The Confederate Flag on Its State House?

@@Battle of Fort Sumter (April 12–14, 1861) First Act of The Civil Wat

They sort of took it down.  The compromise is that it flies on the capitol grounds beside a memorial to South Carolina’s Confederate dead.   The calim is that it hnors the npoble dead who fount a war to keep humans like cattle. Imagine of Germany said the same for its Swastika?

There is no way to separate slavery from the causes of the Civil War od r this flag.  Flying it in the state that led the secession over slavery the sate that bred Africans and Indians to make better slaves, the state of Jim Crow is a terrible insult to all the African Americans.
