President Romney Congratulated President Xi Jinping ON china’s Billionaire Status
BEIJING, Nov. 19 (Xinhua) — In a personal phone call to China’s President, Mr. Romney shared the good news that China has 157 billionaires as of 2013, ranking second in the number of billionaires worldwide, a banker said Tuesday.
“You follow the United States, where we have 515 billionaires,” the President said, “showing what capitalism can do even in the largest nation on Earth!”
The US President said he was especially impressed with the age of China’s very rich. “your future is bright, your billionaires are young, with an average age of 53!” Mr. Romney then joked that he has yet to become a billionaire, “Against Chinese standards, I am still a poor, average guy!
