Bud Marty May, 37, ran for South Dakota legislature and lost to his mother.
A few days later, he was arrested for rape. May allegedly “decided to force himself on the victim in a bathroom stall at a bar,” according to a local TV station, and told the victim, “I am 6′8, white, it is all consensual.”
It’s not clear how he got the black eye and bloody face. Maybe the victim popped him one, or maybe his mother did.
