Another case of voting fraud!

Barry Morphew, 53, pleaded guilty on Thursday, July 21, 2022, to casting his missing wife’s ballot because he thought Trump could use another vote. See story here.

It wasn’t enough; Biden carried Colorado by nearly 439,745 votes (439,744 if you count only one of Morphew’s votes); see results here.

Morphew will serve no jail time; he got a deferred sentence, a $1,000 fine plus $600 of court costs, and 32 hours of community service (details here).

Compare that with the case of Crystal Mason, who didn’t know if she was eligible to vote, so she asked a poll worker, who advised her to cast a provisional ballot, as allowed by federal law, which she did. For that she was sentenced to 5 years in a Texas prison. Mason is black; Morphew’s white.

This blog has published numerous stories about people, mostly white males, a couple of white females, who deliberately cast fraudulent votes for Trump in 2020; none got jail time. You can’t convince me that Mason’s conviction and sentence wasn’t an act of state-sanctioned racism.
