The problem is it’s impossible to prove she committed a crime, because both her intent and the phrase are ambiguous.
There are lawful ways to “terminate” a presidency: Impeachment, invoking the 25th Amendment, or voting the person out of office.
Boebert is a juvenile attention-seeker, not a serious legislator, but calling for Biden to be defeated in 2024, or removed before then by constitutional means, is merely partisan trash-talking, not criminal in nature.
I’m not saying I like it, but I’m circumspect about it. American politics has always been rowdy. Given the rising political violence in our country (see article here), her choice of words unquestionably is bad judgment, but is that news? Nearly everything Boebert does reflect poorly on her, and on the voters who elected her.
