If I see her is Nebraska actually going to want her arrested and go through all the extradition? And is she actually ill with covid? Seems being able to say anyone coughing could be subject to arrest. Seems questionable, and then people have trouble with Texas allowing citizens to go after abortion providers. Maybe both are wrong for the same reasons.
She doesn’t have to be extradited if she’s found in Nebraska. What she did is a crime regardless of whether she’s infected with Covid. An actual danger of infection doesn’t have to exist for her to be guilty of harassment and assault.
