Who packs a handgun while playing golf, anyway? Do they have a crime problem on golf courses in P.R.? One guesses the kind of jerk who’d kill a dog that just wants to play. He deserves to go to prison. It should ruin his business, too. Decent people don’t do business with a dog murderer.
