Frankly, once you reach the point of literally countless innocents slaughtered, whole cultures wiped from the earth, the moral calculus is just beyond me: (just as the fact that the Nazis got the trains to run on time is completely irrelevant weighed against the suffering they caused, so Nothing positive brought by Christianity comes near counterbalancing the unnecessary wars, the torture chambers, the genocides, (and “deicides”) the literal and metaphorical book burning…
Certainly over the centuries I have no doubt there are examples of good done, but the world and the human race in general, would absolutely be better off if Christianity had never existed, And even now, they offer virtually nothing the human species would suffer for losing.
