How prevalent is voting fraud?

Four years ago, PolitiFact said, “The Washington Post reported … there were a total of four confirmed cases of voter fraud nationwide in the 2016 election … out of about 135 million votes cast.” (Read story here.)

Look, Trump is a pathological liar. Four years ago, he claimed without evidence that millions of illegal votes were cast — after he won. Yet in both the 2016 and 2020 elections, he got only a little less than half the votes.

Why do people vote for someone like this? One possible theory is based on the fact that half the country has below-average IQs. However, I can’t verify that correlates with voting for Trump. I merely suspect it does.
