Trump has a habit of ignoring rules, but that just backfired.
“Two Trump campaign events scheduled to take place in Nevada this weekend were canceled,” CNN reported on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, because “the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority said … the event ‘may not proceed'” and McCarran International Airport said the event there was “never approved.” Read story here and here.
The Trump campaign blamed Democrats, of course. But isn’t this what advance men are supposed to do? Oh well, it could’ve been worse; at least they didn’t get the Indiana Jones treatment.
