Railfans will love this movie. Where else can you see a steam locomotive chase on side-by-side tracks, ending in a PIT maneuver at a switch junction? The bridge scene strains plausibility, but the plot is interesting, the acting is terrific, and the photography is spectacular. Set in a Siberia labor camp in 1945. In Russian with English subtitles.
