Interesting. Good use of research money even if it does not pan out. And this kind of research often does not pan out, that is the way of real science. There maybe a reason why, and the scientists may come up with an explanation, or it is just a that is the way it is. (And we can argue over the theory of evolution and that if the llamas have these amazing antibodies that is why, and why we have Covid, or it could be our alien overlords.) Please do not tell the bumblebees that according to human scientists they should not be able to fly.
