Black people aren’t safe from cops even on university campuses.

Security officers at a public university spotted a black man on campus, reading and working on a computer, and considered that so “suspicious” they followed him to faculty housing where his sister, a professor, lives. A black person in faculty housing? That was “suspicious,” too. They had to prove who they were. Read story here.
