The Chicago office of Rep. Bobby Rush (left) was broken into and looted while the city burned during the night of June 1, security camera footage has revealed.
The looters stole popcorn intended for the congressman’s visitors, according to city officials, who are conducting an investigation in an attempt to identify the burglars.
At least 13 intruders were in the office eating, sitting, using phones, and sleeping, the officials said.
