Thousands taken prisoner!
“Armed militant activists with the group Antifa have seized a sizable section of Seattle and are plotting to expand their territory” while “the local police surrender,” rightwing media have reported.
Fox host Sean Hannity told viewers,”You have now talk about armed volunteers of Antifa to guard their cop-free zone and taken over precincts,” on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
“City officials … will continue to … monitor the situation closely,” a spokesperson for the Seattle mayor told CNN Wednesday night.
“Antifa is reportedly seeking armed volunteers to take turns manning barricades and holding ground that protesters have seized within Seattle city limits,” a Breitbart article said.

So is the governor going to enforce the lockdown or acknowledge the whole lockdown in response to Corvid is a farce. Or is Antifa a necessary business?
Will the governor call out the guard? At some point the city and state have to exercise authority. Or allow the first socialist anarchist collective to fester.
Personally, I think they should let it fester. Don’t even have to starve them out. Heck, bring them food, water, and old movies! Eventually they’ll get bored and go home.
The CCP could decide to give support to the new nation of Chaz. Maybe send some military support. Provide some instructors on the fine points of government and socialism and true believers.
Of course the Federal government could get involved like it did invading all those southern rebellious states without their permission.
The demanding of protection money is not the same as shelling a US fort, but American citizens rights now being broken in this free zone. If the city cannot take action in at least switching off the water and power and the Governor does nothing then it falls to the Federal government. And if the federal building is in or close to Chaz and the city and state refuse to keep the property safe then the feds can, and should take prompt action, and troops should be on their way from Ft. Lewis to establish forward zones and capture access points.
Meanwhile businesses can operate at will in Chaz. Gotta pay the shake downers or incentivize the shakers to go elsewhere.
Protection money? In other words, a 4-square-block area of Seattle now resembles NYC’s garment district? Antifa is the new mafia? Never mind troops, send in the FBI mob busters!
Update: Trump called the CHAZ occupiers “anarchists.” Mayor Durkan responded he “doesn’t understand what’s happening on five square blocks of our City. Cal Anderson [Park] and Capitol Hill has for decades been a place for free speech, community, and self expression. [CHAZ] is not a lawless wasteland of anarchist insurrection – it is a peaceful expression of our community’s collective grief and their desire to build a better world. For the thousands of individuals who have been on Capitol Hill, I think you’ve seen what I’ve seen: The painting of Black Lives Matter along Pine Street, food trucks, spaghetti potlucks, teach-ins, and movies. Seattle is passionate, we demand justice, and I believe we will be at the forefront of true, meaningful change. Nothing will distract our city from the work that needs to be done. I remain committed to working with community, including the organizers currently on Capitol Hill, to re-imagine how we do things as a city, and what investments in public health, safety, and economic justice look like.” I’ll take the mayor’s vision of my city over Trump’s any day. Why? Because instead of having an uplifting vision of America that pulls us up, Trump offers us only a dark vision of America that drags us down. (Quoted from ABC News at https://tinyurl.com/yahdyx8f)
