Byram is a major pain in the ass.  Somehow they have gotten to be the sole vendor for DEXCOM in WA state.  They provide zero support. Have a website designed by retired KGB officers and think HIPAA is a the mythical Greek goddess of shyster lawyers.  Otherwise they are great ….

So maybe I do not care about their workers?  Yeh, who cares?  Apparently the folks being laid off are DEXCOM’s telephone  support team.  Great, now I can try to get help form someone who speaks Bengali?

Meanwhile, I suppose I could go to my provider .. Byram?  Yeh sure betcha.  They overcharge the insurance company cuz Byram claims they provide support.  Ty it sometime.  Worse yet, be careful .. I got called ny a threatening rep who warned me I could be sued for complaining.
