Is it really true that the UW lacks the ability to create a real video?
It is difficult to see this turgid video as anything other than a UW effort to cover its backside.
Worse yet, is this sort of legalistic, mind numbing thirty minutes long text nation wide? Really? How many similar files exist on YOUTUBE?
Does noone in 1,070 public universities have the talent to make a more effective video?
