THE-Ave Challenge: Who is that?

This picture from 1985 shows a young man alongside of  Roger Stone and Paul Manafort.  Stone and Manafort are two of the most disturbing legal thugs to come out of the investigation of  the role of Russian collusion in  Donald Trump’s campaign for President.  Who is the third man?   Is this the man who was freshman at Yale in 1985?  Is it Brett Kavanaugh?

    That’s not Kavanaugh, but cut from the same cloth: Lee Atwater.

    Note: a good-to-excellent chance that all 3 were in Kavanaugh devils triangle train.
