Seattle chef Edouardo Jordan wins big at the 2018 James Beard awards, bringing home two prizes
It’s a two-fer for a Seattle star chef and his staff, winning Best New Restaurant in the country and Best Chef: Northwest. Jordan thanked his staff and family before dedicating the award to his four-year-old son.
