Tax data geek-out time:

All real estate agents & brokers statewide paid $47.3M in taxes on $3.1B revenue.  This includes  B&O taxes, the primary business tax that companies pay. This is the tax agents pay on their income from real estate transactions.  Seller fees for transaction are not included in this data; providing the total amount of B&O taxes paid by our state’s real estate agents on income from sales.
