Resolutions you don’t plan to achieve are waste of time

New Year’s resolutions like losing weight, exercising daily, quitting smoking, saving money and so on, are a waste of time for most of people if they do not plan a proper course of action to achieve them.
According to Joshua Klapow, University of Alabama, Birmingham, Jan. 1 is a great time to start living the way you want to be. But, you have to be serious about it and create a game plan so the resolutions are implemented and not squandered.
