A Florida man has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon for throwing a live alligator through the drive-up window of a Wendy’s fast-food restaurant as a prank. Read story here.
He could get more time than the “Affluenza Teen” who killed 4 people while driving drunk, but I think this case will get plea-bargained down to a petty misdemeanor with some community service hours.
Meanwhile, the alligator goes scot-free. After all, he didn’t do anything except go for the cheeseburgers.
