Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education, and Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, Unites Arab Emirates, declared Thursday, December 24, an official holiday for the public sector to mark the birth anniversary of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
The day, of course, changes on the US calendar because we use the Gregorian calendar following the Christian and Roman tradition of a calendar based on the sun, while Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, and others use lunar calendars of their own.
Meanwhile the Islamphobes are outraged that 1.2 billion Muslims would choose this day to celebrate their prophet’s birth!
