Disillusioned Palestinian students shun Venezuela’s Arafat scholarships
A Venezuelan scholarship program for Palestinian students has been frozen as a third of the students leave the program citing poor training.
Seems to me this would be a great opportunity for Israel to show it is serious about peace. Why not partner with a west bank university and create a medical school?
