BUCHENWALD 80: The Children

After I posted the picture of the starving child feeding another child, a troll, presumably Bill Quick, took the trouble to research the picture.  You can see his comment below.

I appreciate the correction but wish he cared more for the message. These 900 children from Buchenwald are now in their nineties and dying.  Bill’s behavior is depriving them of the right to see my father’s pictures and to offer their comments in the book I have been trying to make.

So, I assume the mysterious troll is correct. But does it matter? Maybe THE Ave ought to have a regular feature of children suffering from abuse tolerated by our society? I have added another image, not from Buchenwald or from the past.  Maybe this will soften Bill’s heart?

When my Dad entered the camp he was met by the prisoners who had not yet escaped. Among these were 900 children. This picture is not, as far as I know of those children, but is from one of the camps and shows people who may still have memories to tell us. Sadly, my brother out of some hatred is still trying to destroy my Dad’s heritage of pictures from the camp. CLICKME for more.

You are either an idiot, patently dishonest, a perv or some mix of all three. That picture is from the Russian famine, c. 1921, as can be verified at multiple sites, including from the original source posted on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_famine_of_1921#/media/File:Fridtjof_Nansen,_Les_deux_%C3%A9tapes_de_la_faim_%281922%29.jpg).

Are you just looking for an excuse to post pictures of naked children?

You are not doing remembrance of the Holocaust any favors by exploiting the memory of these poor innocent souls.
