The soon to be former President said “Just as an unborn fetus is a person because it has a soul, so must the right to vote never be removed from a citizen merely because they have passed on to another better world.”
“Obviously access to the vote could prove and obstacle for those now living in the next world. I propose, therefore, that citizens be allowed to file for an eternal voter ID before death and that Utah adopt Washington State’s system of vote by mail. All signed ballots should be accepted bt the authorities based on the unique identity verified by a signature. .”
