NEW YORK (AP) — An NFL investigation released Wednesday said that New England Patriots employees likely deflated footballs used in the AFC Championship and that quarterback Tom Brady was probably ”at least generally aware” of the rules violations. The 243-page report said league investigators found no evidence that coach Bill Belichick and team management knew of the practice.
Read the pitiful efforts by the Boston Globe to argue that Brady is innocent until proven guilty.
The Globe might have some basis for this IF someone were proposing criminal prosecution. The standards for civil law, however, is the opposite. The thugs from Boston would need to ‘splain all the stuff the Globe says would keep Brady out of jail.
