THE Ave Challenge: How many aircraft carriers does Russia have?

The US Navy has ten nuclear powered  super carriers able to launch fleets of air power anyplace  the sea goes.  We also have a large number of smaller carriers.  All of these are combat ready.  How many operational carriers have today?
