President Romney said today the U.S. must send ground troops to Iraq to fight ISIS terrorists. 
He waffled a lot, saying stuff like, “No one wants that,” and “No one wants to see our ground troops there,” before saying “it would be wrong to rule out ground troops,” but there’s no doubt about where the Republican president’s intentions lie.
