North Korea Sanctifies Kim Jong Il’s Macbook

Kim Jong IlThe similarities between Apple and North Korea have been the subject of much speculation … including discussions of the possibility of the Cupertino company building its rumored “Gold finger” stylus in a new plant in North Korea.

Much of this has been quieted down since the death of Kin Jong I. His successor, Kim Jong Un,  has become embroiled in family quarrels and conflicts with the US and the regime in South Korea.

Recently, however, tourists have been admitted to the mausoleum for Kim Jong Ilk and been shown Kim's Macthe Dear Leader’s MacBook.

“They kept his desk the way it was with the papers he was signing when he died all left untouched at the table. He uses a Mac by the way – he has got an Apple Mac open up on the desk. I thought it was funny, I always thought he’d be a PC man!” Tour guide Richie Fenner
