The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has ruled that Americans are slightly dim, very fat country whose government is frequently shutdown and believers in evolution are a minority.
Americans are, however, not the dumbest folks in the world. The OECD says we are smarter than folks in Ireland, France, Spain, Austria, Cyprus, Poland and Italy. Italians, if I can avoid a reference to a certain form of sexual messaging common near Rome, were found to bring up the rear.
