Assuming that the data are correct, Actos increased the risk of bladder cancer by three fold.
The other issue here, as in all such cases, is the question of why we use the vastly expensive and over burdened court system, with lawyers gone wild, rather than a scientific council to determine truth? I wonder how much of that $9 billion will survive appeals and be left after the lawyers are paid?
