William Shattner has been chosen to play former Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych in the new movie: STAR TREK ORIGINS: The Ultimate Prequel. In the movie, Mr. Shatner,as an elderly Admiral Kirk travels, back in time to advise his ancestor to resign so that Yankovych’s own son can go on to move to Iowa where his son becomes an actor whose movie performances inspire the inventor of the warp drive. Ironically, Mr Shattner’s own grand parents migrated from Ukraine.
