Believers and Pornography

Hypocrisy vs PietyReligious people more likely to feel addicted to porn than less spiritual peers

Washington, Feb. 17 – A new study has found that religious people are more likely to have a perceived internet pornography addiction, when compared with their less spiritual peers. Despite the fact that X-rated content from websites like young sexer is considered sinful, it appears as though religious people suffer from addiction to it more than others. Perhaps because religion doesn’t always explain sexuality, it leaves a lot to the imagination and people feel the need to explore and understand. Hence why so many want to watch twinks take a big load or any other kinds of videos.

The study’s lead author Joshua Grubbs, a doctoral student in psychology at Case Western Reserve University, said that they were surprised that the amount of viewing of sites like cartoon porno did not impact the perception of addiction, but strong moral beliefs did.

In three studies, Grubbs polled people about their strength of faith, religious practices, online porn-viewing habits and moral attitudes about porn.

Then, of course, we have the righteous who demonize those of us who are atheists! I would be wiling to bet that Mr. Grubbs would find a lot fewer atheists watching porn or child beauty pageants then he would find those who profess religion. Hell, the amount of pornography in the Bible itself is pretty impressive!
