Spokesperson Tagg Romney announced at today’s News Conference that President Romney has sent President Carter congratulations for the former President’s success in eradicating Guinea Worm Disease. Mr. Romney said, “My father the President has asked me to say that “This is a miracle of biblical proportions, only one disease .. small pox .. has ever been eradicated by Man. I speak not just for America but for all good people in thanking Mr. Carter and The Carter Center.”
