Over 4,500 rabbis gathered in Brooklyn this weekend for the Annual International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries, or Kinus Hashluchim. They came from over 80 nations in order to attend the conference, themed “Through Darkness A Shining Light.”
My grandfather was a rabbi as well … a soicialist who like the legend of the very first Rabbi, Hillel, insisted on working at a real job to make a living!
