A bill introduced by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) proposes to replace hme delivery with a centralized delivery system

Yeh! Lessee, how often would go to my neighborhood Postal Dump Off to see how many scam mails. travel brochures, credit card offers, and political brochures have come in? Maybe the new USP could have a website which wold tell me how many pounds have accumulated and let me hit a button to dump it all?
What abut real mail .. you know bills, things I request, my IRS stuff …??? I guess we can all use FEDEX for that!
