working and crossing the Indian Ocean, last night the ship was surrounded by
the most wonderful green phosphorescence, in and of itself not rare, but the
intensity and size f the pool was worth seeing.
The ship continues to run well, so that we are caught up on maintenance, and
are started back bench projects, I’ve been building and welding, the
electrician is still chasing down ground faults, the reefer is repairing his
480 extension cords, and seems disgruntled about penalty time, the cadet and
the third are out servicing the cranes, the one bad spot is the 2nd had to
fly home due to a medical condition.
