I wonder how the following supposedly rational Repubs will vote: Graham, Lugar, Snow, McConnel, Shelby, Murkowsky, McCain, Rubio, Kirk, Grassley, Collins, Brown, Blunt, Coburn, Alexander, Hutchinson, Cornyn, ????
By my count this is 17/ 41 and I may have omitted names I am not familial with.
